By using our many years of real estate experience to help streamline your property search, we make it an altogether more efficient and pleasant process. This is what they call ‘user experience’, and whether you step into our office for personal, one-on-one service or start by looking online, we’re in the business of ensuring that you find the property you have been looking for – and have fun doing it.
Experience in the business is no use if you don’t observe, listen and learn – and this is exactly what we have done. We’ve heard many a client complain about the lengthiness and awkwardness of property searches in general, which require you to type in one-dimensional search criteria that cannot be easily adjusted or tweaked and which tend to be highly inflexible. The result is wasted time and an occasionally frustrating process that requires sifting through many unwanted search results to get to the property selection you were after in the first place.
We believe a real estate agent should take this work and effort from the client and design a website that is more flexible and shaped around the needs of the user. In other words, a site that is conceived from the point of view not of the business presenting the properties but of the people looking to buy them.
