Entrepreneurs in the sector, united in the DOM3 association, warn of the appearance of new companies offering exorbitant prices and disrupting the market.

Marbella’s high-end property market has started 2024 in line with the most optimistic forecasts. The figures recorded during the month of January and the first weeks of February predict a notable growth in property sales and purchases.

Experience as an added value was one of the topics discussed at the February meeting of DOM3, the association of entrepreneurs in the high-end housing sector in Marbella to which Pure Living Properties belongs. Javier Nieto, CEO of Pure Living Properties, explained during his speech that new, inexperienced companies are appearing in the sector that overvalue properties, offering false expectations to owners and destabilising the market.
